You bought a 2003-05 Mazda 6 — great car, but its console makes it impossible to upgrade the factory radio. Metra's integration adapter allows you to install an aftermarket single- (2" tall) or double-DIN (4" tall) stereo in the Mazda's dash panel, while maintaining all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning controls.
The included dash kit is a perfect match for the color, texture, and contours of your Mazda dash. The included wiring harness works in vehicles with or without a factory amplifier. The package also includes a harness that plugs directly from your Mazda into the Axxess ASWC-1 adapter  (not included), allowing you to retain your steering wheel audio controls with a new car stereo.
